Advanced Bike Maintenance Workshops
Advanced maintenance workshops are held on the second Saturday morning and last Thursday evening of every month at the PEDAL Depot (1830 Ontario St, Vancouver). This advanced program is comprised of three courses, each focusing on a different part of the bicycle: Brakes & Drive Train, Bearings & Rotational Systems, and Wheel Truing & Emergency Repairs. You can take all three or just one or two - the choice is yours. Participants should bring their bike and should have some basic bike maintenance knowledge or experience, or have taken an introductory bike maintenance workshop. Courses can be taken in any order and are taught in small groups of no more than 6 people.

Upcoming Advanced Bike Maintenance courses:

A great course for the DIY specialist and commuter and avid bicycle tourist. We will discuss topics such as spoke tension, and theories of bicycle wheel. The last half of the course will cover Emergency repair topics such as fixing your chain, repairing your tire and other on the spot repairs.
